Regional Public Health Food Inspector: Paul Gilpin

Paul holds a Bachelor degree in Culinary Arts and Foodservice Management from Johnson and Wales University. As of June 2022, Paul has been part of the Bristol Norfolk Public Health Partners (BNPHP) team and performing restaurant and foodservice inspections in the area. He performs routine inspections, follow up secondary inspections, food safety consultations, and food safety action plan implementation for the local foodservice establishments.

Paul's background is in both restaurant and retail foodservice. He has worked in restaurants, resorts, hotels, butcher shops, and grocery stores. Paul is an avid lover of culinary arts and is excited to see the local culinary landscape continue to thrive.

Regional Public Health Housing Inspector: Clifford Pierre

Clifford holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Boston College. He joined the Bristol-Norfolk Public Health Partners (BNPHP) in June 2022, serving the towns of Easton, Foxboro, Mansfield, Norton, Plainville and Sharon as a Regional Housing Inspector. He performs routine inspections, responds to complaints and investigates issues related to housing through the enforcement of the State Sanitary Code.

Prior to joining the BNPHP, he served as a transportation coordinator for the Braintree Public Schools. He plans to obtain a Master's Degree in Public Health to continue serving the community. He lives for those three words, faith, family and football (soccer). His goal is to one day transmit his passion and knowledge of soccer to middle and high school youths.

Clifford Pierre

Regional Epidemiologist: Kasia Frenette, MPH

Kasia has a Bachelor and Master's Degree in Public Health. As of April 2022, she has been working as a Regional Epidemiologist for the Town of Mansfield Fire Department; serving the towns of Easton, Foxboro, Mansfield, Norton, Plainville and Sharon. She provides the various health departments with epidemiological and public health support. She performs routine data analysis, communicable disease surveillance, case investigation and management, as well as contact tracing. Additionally, she provides education to the community related to the control of communicable diseases.

Kasia has been a resident of Mansfield for 17 years where she has been raising her family. She has had an active role on the Mansfield Board of Health since 2017. She brings with her over 10 years of Public Health experience working as a Regional Epidemiologist in Infectious Diseases for the State of Connecticut Department of Public Health.
